You can see a piece of Texas in the middle of Bel Air. I painted the blue background, so it isn't a true before picture. It was stained and unimaginative greyish white, yawn. No referrals yet from this portfolio piece. So now I charge for every job. Even if it is only enough to cover paint and to restock my brushes. How much do I charge? You would have to talk to my financial advisor and manager. He knows what I am worth. Whatever number he suggests I usually halve it and call it a friends and family discount. If a client refers others my way, I give them a discount. I barter and trade services.
